Thushara Hettihamu , is a multi-disciplined individual with strong roots in Human Resource Management and Communications. He comes to us with over 25 years of corporate exposure spanning industries such as Advertising, Telecommunications, IT, Hospitality and Automotives. His specialities Corporate Communications and Relationship Building, HR strategy formulation, Documentation, Marketing Communications, Language skills, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, PR and Theatre. Moreover, Thushara is currently reading for an MBA in HR at the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) and possesses a B.A. (Hons) in; English, International Relations, Journalism. During the past 5 years, he has worked as a Consultant in several businesses including FMCG, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals a well as several Government Organisations looking at setting up Private Public partnerships. A strong communicator with a passion for people development and sustainable enterprise, Hetti has a background in the performing arts, public speaking as well as an avid interest in sports, which he excelled in at his alma mater as well as at university level.
