Saman works across many projects and provides leadership, mentoring, and peer review support to the Arinma team. Saman is a graduate civil engineer with an honours degree from Moratuwa University Sri Lanka and a Master’s Degree in land and water resource development from Trondheim University Norway. Saman has over 35 years of professional experience in developing countries and developed countries. He has attended and spoken at world-leading conferences and made several professional presentations and has produced many expert reports. Saman is a member of the Australian Water Association and a corporate professional member of Engineers Australia and Engineers Sri Lanka.
