Irishad joined the Arinma Holdings board from its inception and he is one of the Joint Managing Directors of the Arinma Group. He is an experienced banker with over 22 years of Corporate Experience and of which 18 years has been the banking industry serving in the capacities of Senior and Corporate management with HSBC, Nations Trust Bank & Pan Asia Banking Corporation. He was the Head of Retail Banking/ Branches at Nations Trust Bank and Deputy General Manager of Pan Asia Banking Corporation. He was instrumental in various ground-breaking initiatives in these banks which continue to make significant bottom-line contributions to date. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
