Sanjiv joined Arinma in 2012 and is one of the Joint Managing Directors across the Arinma Group of Companies. Sanjiv is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Australia and also holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and Degrees in Accounting and Finance from Monash University in Melbourne Australia. He is also a member of the Securities Futures Institute in the UK as well as having attended several Executive Education Programs run by INSEAD. Sanjiv has been working in the accounting, consulting and banking sector for over 20 years. He has been working with Arthur Andersen/Ernst and Young in both Sydney and London as a Senior Manager in their audit and consulting divisions. He has also worked in Investment Banking specifically with Credit Suisse, London as an Equity Research Analyst and Morgan Stanley, Sydney in their Structured Aviation Team. Sanjiv’s last overseas role was as the Head of Strategic Initiatives Asia – Corporate Banking. with the Australia New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ Bank) in Singapore. Sanjiv is actively involved with the Malalasekera Foundation and the Foundation of Goodness which are both not-for-profit organisations actively involved with alleviating poverty and social empowerment programs especially in the Southern, Eastern and Northern areas of Sri Lanka.
