Saman holds a Degree in Civil Engineering with Honors from Moratuwa University and a Master’s Degree in Land and Water Resource Development from Trondheim University, Norway. Saman has over 40 years of professional experience in both developing countries and developed countries. He has made many presentations at international conferences and has authored many expert reports. Saman is a member of Australian Water Association and a corporate professional member of Engineers Australia and Engineers Sri Lanka.
